Roger, My Dad and I went out Sunday. We mostly spent the time looking for the prop that fell off the retrieval boat! No luck new prop should be here this week so this weekend we will have a retrieval boat. Mike Wrangler and his Father Ralph showed up a little bit later. They are looking to join the club. Ralph ran a FE rigger that ran quite well. Tom & Cindy also stopped by to cheer us gassers on!
I ran my Tboat and changed the prop to a 2716/20 and wow she found another gear. Will bring it out again this Sunday.
Bruce Carey stopped by on Saturday while we were out there putting the outboard motor on the retrieval boat. He really liked what we were doing at the pond and was very friendly to talk to. Thanks to Neil who dug out a couple trenches where the standing water was, it really helped a lot by Sunday there was no more puddles. Hopefully this weekend things will dry out enough to drive down to where we boat.
Matt
